Company Founders:

The Company Founders and Senior Officers of Your Company Name are Eric Cartman and James Earl Jones. They started the Company as a Partnership in August 2008 to fill a gap when traditional lenders were exiting the secondary finance arena.

James Bond - President:

Mr. Bond has been an investment banker for the past 11 years having worked at The Pit for 7 years specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Subsequently he spent four years raising capital for specialty consumer finance clients through mortgage backed securities. Some of Mr. Bond's clients utilized these funds to originate vacation property mortgage loans to assist resort sales to new purchasers. In 2008 as traditional lenders were exiting the market, Mr. Bond founded Your Company Name to provide an alternative source of financing for purchasers in the secondary market for vacation ownership properties.

Richard Crabrack - Chief Financial Officer:

Mr. has been in the banking business since 1999, previously working

as Operations Officer and as Compliance Director with Bankers Trust. He is

also a Certified Financial Planner with 9 years experience advising investor clients how to maximize their liquidity and build their asset portfolios. While many financial institutions that previously provided mortgage financing to purchasers in the vacation ownership industry have discontinued lending operations, O.J saw the need to fill the void.

Mr. Pink and Mr. Black joined forces in 2008 to form Your Company Name. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience would provide a much needed alternative source of financing to those purchasers of vacation properties that no longer had access to traditional lending institutions in the current market place.
